Dr. Jeremie Tabrizi

Dr. Jeremie Arash Rafii Tabrizi is a professor of professor of genetic medicine in obstetrics/gynecology at Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar. His expertise lies in personalized medicine, family hereditary cancers, the role of genetics in preventive medicine, and genetic counseling.
Dr. Tabrizi is specialized in gynecologic advanced surgery, gynecologic oncology, breast cancer and breast reconstructive surgery. His research has focused on stem cell science and gynecologic oncology, in particular the role of the interaction between mesenchymal stem cells and cancer cells in the acquisition of chemoresistance. Dr. Tabrizi’s laboratory at Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar is currently working in on genetic medicine, regenerative medicine and genetic based biosafety.

Dr. Tabrizi is trained in France at Paris V University (MD), and Ecole Normale Supérieure (PhD).
