Awsaj Academy

Awsaj Academy is a specialized school that addresses the needs of students with mild to moderate learning needs. It believes that each student, despite whatever challenges they may face, can flourish under proper guidance. Through multi-tiered systems of support, Awsaj ensures that students receive the necessary behavioral and academic interventions to close learning gaps. It is the only school of its kind in Qatar.

Qatar Music Academy

Qatar Music Academy (QMA) provides promising young musicians with a comprehensive music education program that draws on practice and music theory, incorporating both Arab and Western classical music curriculum.

Qatar Academy for Science and Technology

Qatar Academy for Science and Technology (QAST) is a high school designed to develop Qatar's next generation of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) innovators. It’s Qatar’s only STEM school offering both a US Diploma through Advanced Placement Courses and UK A Levels certification. Starting from Grade 8, the program offers three course curriculums in Engineering, Computer Science, and Biomedical Sciences. Students actively participate in internships and research projects with academic institutes and industrial organizations all over the country, including their neighbors in Education City.

Education Development Institute

The Education Development Institute (EDI) leads professional learning, supports curriculum improvement, and builds leadership capacity of educators across Qatar, enabling them to engage with and apply the best and most promising educational practices. EDI collaborates with global experts to offer learning opportunities, organizes national conferences and events for educators, develops professional learning programs that address the needs of individual schools, and much more.

The Learning Center

The Learning Center (TLC) is a centralized student support services team comprised of special educators and school-based specialists. They collaborate with schools to develop an inclusive approach that provides a tiered system of support to students from early childhood through secondary education. The tiered system focuses on ensuring age-appropriate development, supporting students with developmental and learning challenges, and helping students who need more attention to bolster their academic performance. Alongside serving students directly, TLC works with parents and teachers to build capacity and share insights about their child’s developmental and learning needs.

Tariq Bin Ziad School

Providing a bilingual education blended with a curriculum deeply rooted in Qatari heritage, Tariq Bin Ziad School has a strong legacy of excellence dating back several decades. Previously run by the Amiri Diwan, the school is of national importance to Qatar, having graduated many of the country's current leaders. Recently, the school has been equipped with new, advanced facilities, and is now ready to be positioned as Qatar's leading bilingual school with a strong focus on Arabic language, culture, and heritage.

Renad Academy

Renad Academy is a school that helps children with autism. It provides education and specialized services to students, and training and support to parents. The school presently serves students aged 3 to 10, but each successive year, it will add a grade level until students of all ages can be served.

Academic Bridge Program

The Academic Bridge Program (ABP) is a foundation program that aims to equip secondary school graduates with the skills to succeed in degree programs at English-language world-class universities. It is a rigorous two-semester general studies program focusing on English, mathematics, science, and computer skills. Since its launch in 2001, ABP has graduated more than 3,000 students, most of whom have gone on to study at universities here in Qatar or abroad.

Qatar Academy Al Khor

Qatar Academy Al Khor was established to serve the needs of the Al Khor community in the north of Qatar. It educated over 1300 (predominantly local) students.

Qatar Academy Msheireb

Qatar Academy Msheireb was established in 2014 as an innovative dual language Early Years and Primary school. An authorized International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme school, QAM serves over 400 students from preschool to Grade 5, after which students graduate to continue their education at other local or Qatar Foundation schools.

Qatar Academy Doha

Qatar Academy Doha (QAD) is the largest school in the Qatar Foundation family, with over 1,900 students. QAD is organized administratively into a Primary School, Middle School, and High School, with an Early Education Center (EEC) for children as young as 6 months of age.

Established in Education City in 2005, GU-Q offers a four-year undergraduate program leading to the Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) degree. Northwestern University in Qatar

Equine Veterinary Medical Center

A modern equine veterinary hospital, consisting of a diagnostic laboratory and a clinical research laboratory, that contributes to veterinary science through research and educational programs. The hospital is equipped with facilities to conduct MRIs, CT-scans, and nuclear scintigraphy, and includes two operating theaters, a well-equipped farrier shop for hoof care, and lameness examination areas.

Education City Stadium

The Education City Stadium is a 40,000-seat football stadium being built to be ready for the 2022 FIFA World Cup™. Following the world cup, it will serve as a world-class sporting and recreation facility for our students, faculty, and staff.

Qatar National Library

Qatar National Library (QNL) is a modern facility that provides the people of Qatar with access to over one million books. In its role as a research library with a preeminent heritage collection, QNL fosters global insight into the history and culture of the Arabian Gulf region.

Recreational Facilities

We have opened a variety of recreational facilities for our community to use. Education City Mosque

Emphasizing our approach to engaging with the public, the Education City Mosque’s vision is to be the premier community-focused mosque in Qatar and the region.
