From preschool to high school, we offer various programs ranging from IB-accredited school systems to specialized schools that ensure every child gets the education they need.

Admissions for Qatar Academy Schools

Qatar Academy schools follow IB curricula and offer rigorous programs encompassing an international English-medium education, as well as strong Arabic and Islamic studies. We designed these schools to push students to be critical thinkers and active members of society.

Since its launch in 1996, Qatar Academy has grown to five campuses located around the country.

Qatar Academy Doha (QAD)

Qatar Academy Doha is the largest school in the Qatar Foundation family, with over 1,850 students. It is organized administratively into a Primary School, Middle School, and High School, with an Early Education Center (EEC) for children as young as 6 months of age.

Qatar Academy Al Khor (QAK)

Qatar Academy Al Khor was established to serve the needs of the Al Khor community in the north of Qatar. It educates over 1,300 (predominantly local) students.

Qatar Academy Al Wakra (QAW)

Qatar Academy Al Wakra was founded to serve the needs of the rapidly growing Al Wakra coastal community. Currently, it serves over 1,300 students from preschool to Grade 11 and is continuing to expand by one grade level each year.

Qatar Academy Sidra (QAS)

Qatar Academy Sidra is a rapidly growing school, currently serving over 500 students that represent over 40 nationalities. Located in Education City, QAS celebrates international mindedness and enquiry-based learning.

Qatar Academy Msheireb (QAM)

Qatar Academy Msheireb was established in 2014 as an innovative dual language Early Years and Primary school. An authorized International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme school and a Council of International Schools member, QAM serves over 400 students from preschool to Grade 5. QAM students will enjoy automatic transition into Grade 6 at QAD or another appropriate QF school after successfully completing Grade 5.

Awsaj Academy

Awsaj Academy is a specialized school that addresses the needs of students with mild to moderate learning needs. It believes that each student, despite whatever challenges they may face, can flourish under proper guidance. Through multi-tiered systems of support, it ensures that students receive the necessary behavioral and academic interventions to close learning gaps. It is the only school of its kind in Qatar.

Academic Bridge Program (ABP)

Academic Bridge Program is a foundation program that aims to equip secondary school graduates with the skills to succeed in degree programs at English-language world-class universities. It is a rigorous two-semester general studies program focusing on English, mathematics, science, and computer skills. Since its launch in 2001, ABP has graduated more than 3,000 students, most of whom have gone on to study at universities here in Qatar or abroad.

Qatar Leadership Academy (QLA)

Qatar Leadership Academy is a residential school that promotes personal growth in young men by engaging them in an environment that fosters excellence in academics, leadership, athletics, and character.

Qatar Music Academy (QMA)

Qatar Music Academy provides promising young musicians with a comprehensive music education program that draws on practice and music theory, incorporating both Arab and Western classical music curriculum.

Renad Academy

Renad Academy is a school that helps Qatari children who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It provides education and specialized services to students, and training and support to parents. The school presently serves students aged 3 to 7 years, but each successive year, it will add a higher grade level until students of all ages can be served.

Qatar Academy for Science and Technology (QAST)

Qatar Academy for Science and Technology is a newly opened school that specializes in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The program focuses on academics, hands-on science skills, and innovative thinking. Starting from Grade 8, the first two years of the program focus on core areas: technology, communication, and collaboration. In the third and fourth years, students begin with the International Baccalaureate Careers Program (IBCP).

Academyati

Academyati is an innovative school that uses an unconventional curriculum based on each student's interests. By exposing children to experiences and quests as a way of learning, Academyati aims to fuel children's independence, empathy, curiosity, and creativity through their educational journey.

Tariq Bin Ziad School (TBZ)

Providing a bilingual education blended with a curriculum deeply rooted in Qatari heritage, Tariq Bin Ziad School has a strong legacy of excellence dating back several decades.

Previously run by the Amiri Diwan, the school is of national importance to Qatar, having graduated many of the country's current leaders.
